Exhaust Gas Cooler Pipe
Challenge:
A foundry was flooded and an immediate solution was needed to produce the exhaust gas cooler pipes and keep production running.
Solution:
We were able to allocate capacity for metal additive manufacturing, producing 2000 parts in just under 2 weeks, allowing the OEM to keep their production running.

Bronze Manifolds
Challenge:
MAN faced the challenge of urgently having to acquire 10 bronze manifolds for the cooling water supply of a marine engine. The casting mold for this critical component was unavailable.
