FAQs

We manufacture through a qualified production network. We match your request with the best-suited partner based on technology, material, capacity, and quality requirements.

Usually you don’t need to. We select the best fit to meet lead time, cost and quality. If you have requirements (e.g., region, certifications, approved supplier list), tell us and we’ll consider that in the matching.

We choose based on your geometry, function, tolerances, surface requirements, material needs, and quantity. If multiple options make sense, we’ll recommend the best one and explain the trade-offs.

Yes. If your part allows it, we can propose options like fastest lead time, lowest cost, best mechanical performance / surface finish and outline what changes would be needed if necessary (e.g., material or tolerance adjustments).

We use a qualification and controlled process: defined requirements, partner selection criteria, and consistent documentation/inspection steps. If your part is safety- or compliance-critical, we’ll align on the required checks upfront.

Sometimes we’ll ask for: tolerance-critical features, surface finish, load/environment, assembly interfaces, compliance needs, and target quantity. A quick reply to our email is usually enough.
